How to Clean Your Tote

Things to do:

• Add dish soap + water into a bowl and mix
• Use a damp cloth with the solution and clean the dirty spots
• Scrub lightly in a circular motion
• Hang/Air dry your tote

Things NOT to do:

• Don't put your tote in the washers or dryer
• Never soak your tote
• Do not iron your tote

• Received the damaged product -
  If caused by the carrier, file a complaint with the carrier and we will assist you. If it's a product quality problem, provide photos/videos for a refund or replacement.

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• Product must never have been used
• You need to provide necessary photos/videos as evidence

Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
